hello, I'm a 36 working mom (2 jobs)and overweight. I've always been active, and since i suffered a knee injury (plica syndrome) for wich I had surgery 3 yrs ago, it's been really, really difficult to stay fit (since I don't like dieting). i finally decided to joint the gym, but my problem now is that I'm very pressed for time. I can only go for a 1 1/2 hours 3 times a week, plus the weekend. Please it would be very helpful to me if anybody could give me any hints as to how to keep motivated and to manage my time the best way, so that I can finally get healthy again. I'm DESPERATE!!!. Thank you:love:

YOu have plenty of time! 1 to 1.5 hours 3 times a week is plenty more than you need actually. Lift weight s for about 40 mins or so then do your cardio. IF you actually are in the gym for 1.5 hours you maybe doing to much
Good luck!

When I consider the short duration of my life, swallowed up in the eternity before and after, the little space which I fill and even can see, engulfed in the infinite immensity of spaces of which I am ignorant and which know me not, I am frightened and am astonished at being here rather than there; for there is no reason why here rather than there, why now rather than then. Who has put me here? By whose order and direction have this place and time been allotted to me? The eternal silence of these infinite spaces frightens me.
