Hi, I signed up back in February with the intention of making changes based on the fact that I had just quit smoking about a month by then. It has now been 6 and a half months of not smoking anymore and a good month that I have been regularly going to the gym 5 days a week.
I started at over 350lbs and can feel the work manifesting into changes in my body. I am eating better than I have been and have more energy every day. My 18 year old daughter has joined me at the gym regularly but she is not as motivational as she thinks she is because her answer is, if she doesn't feel like going to the gym, I can't make her go by trying to make her feel guilty.
That doesn't help me a lot that's for sure.
I just wanted to join a group so that I could get some motivation even if its from people I don't really know.
