well it has been A while sine I was a regular. I was on here daily for a long time. Then I became pregnant in06. My past weight loss sucess of 100lbs unfortunately has been erased because of my pregnancy. I now need to lose oh about 90lbs again. I restarted body for life last Sunday and have lost my first 5 lbs. I realize that much of this will be fluids but that is ok as the ball is finally rolling once again! So anyways you guys were always so much support in the past...so I am back again to feel to boost I used to get!

Hi lonegirl and welcome back! Good luck reaching your goals and we again as always are here for you.
I remember BFL very well, that is what got me started in this lifestyle.
