i been working out for about a month now and im about 5'9 and some were around 150-155 and im trying to bulk up and im pretty skinny my workout schedule is DAY 1-chest, abs Day 2-back, biceps, traps Day 3 thighs, calves and then it repeats and im seeing results with every thing exept my chest i still have an 8 year chest and i dont know what to do i mainly just do bench press and incline barbell i dont have any machines just freeweights and i do low rep high weight. i also do crunches on chest days and some pilates for my abs and if any thing they seem to be getting more flat less hard and less visible.

try some flyes, decline presses, superset, increase intensity, change up reps, drop rest time, do partials.. keep changing things up to ensure continued growth

A month isn't a long time and it takes a long time to see really good results. Just curious but you said you work traps on day 3. Are you including all shoulder work under traps? Chest is one body part where bigger guys have an advantage but you can see some good progress using shocking techniques. There are many posts that will come up with a search but rest/pause and partials are a couple I really like but you don't want to do them all the time. The workouts have specific workouts that will really hit you good and they're highly recommended.

U need to go up to failiure, I've found out that perfect form is the key. And have patience. U'll start seeing results in 2 - 3 mnths time.

ok 5'9" 150 lbs and only training a month and you are working a three way split.Aren`t you putting the cart in front of the horse.

Dude you need to go back to the basics and build your foundation.

Not supersets and other advanced techs.

can you bench 1.5times your bodyweight?or squat twice your bodyweight? or do Dips with a bodyweight + 100lbs for reps that is how you build mass not using iso excercises.Like Zak said have paitence it will come concentrate on getting stronger on your compound excercises and size will come.
