im new to this site i've been working out for about a year now on and off but not sure what training style to pick on this site. i'm looking to loose some fat but not loose the mass i have know. can someone help me and let me know which one to choose
Why not try weight loss and definition? Click on the exercise tab to look at it. That sounds like it will meet your requirements. Loose fat and keep mass.
