hey guys I wasnt sure so thouht I would ask you guys. Are chin ups and pull ups good excersizes for building mass on my back and biceps? Thanks.

what push ups, are they good for building mass or are they mainly for strength?

i like doing push ups because i really feel my chest and triceps getting a work out but i want to build size so i didnt know if i should leave the push ups in my work out or if i should take them out. thanks.

dips, pull ups, chins, and pushups are great for building good quality muscle. pull ups and chin ups are great for your lats and biceps!
