I'm an 18 year old woman, I weigh 140lbs. I used to weigh 120 not even 6 months ago. I think I'm pretty active, I did yoga for 2 months and didn't see results I wanted. I skate a lot and ride a bike, I swim too. But somehow I have an uncontrolable apetite and if I crave it I have to have it. And I tend to over eat. I don't think I am burning enough calories with my activities. Help!

I think you answered your own question. Diet is the hardest part of fitness to master, but the most important. You can be as active as you want, but without the right diet, you'll never lose weight. I could go on and on, but have a peek at the stickies the diet forums for some really good advice.
