bb1 - I read your post(11-14-03)and then bought dextrose & maltodextrin. Then today I happened on an EARLIER post(2-11-03) where you negate your advice from 9 mo. earlier. Or are the dates posted incorrect? What are the 'old school' dictates, in a nutshell, anyway? I'm relatively new to this, a bit of experienced advice(on the real-world tried & true) would be deeply appreciated, not only by me, I'm sure.

THANKS!

Go with the 11-14 post. This is the correct way. We live and we learn, we research and sometimes find out there are really better ways. My stance before was completely under the misconception that the post workout spike would halt fat burning for those looking to burn fat. Subsequent research has shown me this is incorrect, the spike will in no way impede fat loss progress. You will lose more "weight" without it, but some of it will be lean tissue, which the correct spiking method negates.

O.K. - I'll keep the dextrose/maltodextrin mix & keep everything else clean. Thanks again.
