NOXplode is working! I'm definitely not saying that it has created more muscle on its own but it has given me that extra edge I need to make my workouts more intense and I'm lifting more weight with it. I hit a plateau for a while then I started taking NO and it definitely helped! If anyone needs to break past a plateau I recommend giving it a try. You have to follow the directions exactly however. It won't work if used improperly.

Ener-Tropic Xplosion (patent pending)
L-tyrosine, taurine, Endurlac (glucuronolactone), l-tyrosine AKG, methylxanthines (caffeine):surprised:, MCT's (medium chain triglycerides), vinpocetine 99%, vincamine 99%, vinburnine 99%

Other Ingredients: Maltodextrine, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, lemon juice powder, malic acid, potassium citrate, natural and artificial flavors, aspartame, :surprised: acesulfame potassium, FD&C Red 40, FD&C Blue 1.

ahhh yes....bb1fit is correct as usual..

we have our caffiene and our sugar substitute and our over glamourized creatine...

tell ya what....pop a diet soda and wash some good old fashioned creatine down with it and be sure to finish it off about 30 mins before you workout...o yeah..on an empty stomach too :p

I actually uses sucralose (splenda) just to clarify. If a supplement helps you to reach a goal even if it's the placebo effect, hasn't it done its job? I'm not trying to endorse their product really, just telling in my experience it helped me get past a certain point.

Oh yeah and I'm working towards strength gains not building six pack abs. If it was the caffeine that helped me get that extra weight and extra reps then thank you caffeine! The NOXplode is really about the same price as the regular creatine and you don't even have to buy the diet soda!

the point that is trying to be made is just simply there are many other ways to beat a plateau naturally..

i thought that i read on other posts that caffeine cancels or kills the creatine and not to take it with creatine?

Yeah caffeine does supposedly counter-effect creatine that's probably why there is only 1 gram of creatine per scoop in NO which won't really do much of anything anyway. That is why it is recommended in a stack with cell mass and nitrix. I put creatine in my protein shake after my workout though. I used NO to help with my energy level and higher energy output during my workout and it worked so that is all I was saying. Oh and as for naturally getting past a plateau well I don't know too many people in bodybuilding who do anything naturally unless they have good genetics.

What do you mean? I know many in BodyBuilding that get past plateau on their own.....

Hey aren't you doing the same thing to me that you got mad about earlier in the post about bigger arms gupunkit? Sorry if something helped me out and I shared my experience, but it helped me and I know a lot of people who use it. As a matter of fact a trainer at my gym recommended it to me. I didn't say it was for everyone, but I personally got some use out of it.

No bickering here just thought that was funny. No hard feelings. I'll just go ahead and stop this post by saying that yes supplements are pretty much ridiculous. Diet, exercise and rest are the only things that are going to build muscle and I don't want anyone to think I'm endorsing products. To tell you the truth I was really just amazed that I actually got something positive out of a supplement but it will never compare to what I can get from the three things mentioned above. I think that pretty much sums it up.
