Hello...

I started my program today. Very exicited here..! I have a problem with food. I am not used to eating much, but from what I have been reading in the forums I got to eat several times a day, and not fruit or a little tiny thing only!

I am really into doing and following this program. I have no problem resting, working out my booty off, what I know I am weak in, is ENOUGH FOOD. Therefore, I think I need some supplements in addition to food.

Did anybody had this problem? If so, PLEASE GIVE ME A GOOD ADVISE. I know food is very important, therefore I wanna do this right.

If somebody can help me out with this...

good nutrition is all you should really need but if you want to have that edge that everyone wants then i would suggest protein and creatine for muscle growth and performance or if your looking for fat loss supplements look for a high quality thermogenic. me personally i use meal replacement protien bars protein creatine and glutamine. i tried stuff that had ephedra in it and it made me feel real funny and dizzy all of the time so be carefull with anything that has ephedrine.
