I am finding that my nutrition sucks! I am trying so hard to meet my goals. Im not getting enough calories, protein or carbs. Although it seems I am right on track with my fats. Iv been eating meats, grains, vegetables, fruits and I have started a Whey Protein too. Today it seems like I have been eating all day and I have dinner left but I'm just half way to my calorie, protine and carbs goal. How do I do this? Is this going to be the hardest of my goals? I want to feed my body right while I am working out. I want to get so fit (buff) LOL can anyone help?

Yes, diet is the hard part, and the key to your gains/losses. In the end, this is what dictates your progress. It doesn't matter(mostly) how hard you work in the gym, if diet is not changed, there will be very little progress. In the gym is the vehicle, but it will not be driven well without diet. Diet is the fuel that determines the amount you get out of your gym time. It will take time to get into the right groove with your diet, take it slow and easy and it will become second hand. If you are not used to eating 5 meals per day for instance, it takes time. Keep doing it, and it becomes habit. The more lean tissue you build, the more easier it will become to eat, as muscle will be screaming to be fed.
-------------- Great people never want it easier, they just want to be better!

Thanks for the reply Ron, Yes I am finding that diet is the hardest part as I am sure most people do. I am not sue to eating 5 meals a day..more like 2 meals. I will continue to strive for my best diet. I just find it disheartening to not meet this goal so easy. But I guess like your quote... just may be : ) I am a great person so I don't need it easier just better. :) Thanks again I will take it slower with my diet and work hard to make it right.
