I am a beginner and have recently joined the gym. I am 19 yrs old and work at one hour every monday. Can anyone guide me to a weekly nutrition guide and/or any website which might help me develop a food plan?:)
If you want to gain mass you need to figure out how many calories your body needs each day (easy to figure out with google's help) and then increase that by 250-500 calories per day.
I'd recommend working out more than once a week, but that's just me.
