hey there, i want to start getting lean and cut so far my upper body is the only part that is so define but my legs looks like i need some help because its obviously not working, i need some help, advice, tips... well im 5'2 115 pounds my body% i dont know it because i dont have a cliper but in dave drapper bf% it says 25% but ne way here are my measurements chest 33inch, waist 26inch, hips 35¼,upper thight 21.5,calve 14, and bicep 10,5. i train 6 days a week, 2 to 3 bodypart a day 3 to 4 exercise of 3=5 set light to heavy weights, excep for my leg i train them now 3 times a week light to heavy(50-1 hour)followed by elliptical cardio machines 35 min which i burn 415 cal and then at 5hoopm i go back for my second cardio 30-45 minutes, somrtimes even a little light training + 35 min of cardio it depends on whAT I DID IN THE MORNING. MY DIET IS CLEAN 90% OF THE TIME BESIDES THE WEEKENDS, BUT FOR 3 WEEK I HAVE BEEN EVEN CLEANER. HERE IS A SAMPLE IN THE MORING AFTER MY TRAINING AND CARDIO 1H40 MIN I HAVE 1 SCOOP OF CELL TECH CREATINE 150 CAL 35G OF CARBS THEN 40MIN LATER I HAVE 2 SERVINGS OF NITO-TECH PROTEIN 220 CAL 40 G PROTEIN AT 11HOO I HAVE A PANCAKE ½CUP OF OATMEAL150 CAL,5 EGG WHITES, ½WHEY PROTEIN 55 CAL 10P, 2C, 1 F AND SUGAR FREE CHOCOLATE SYRUP 28 CAL 8C AND 1 COFFE, THEN AT 1HOO I EAS WHEY PROTEIN 115 CAL 20P, 4C, 2F, THEN AT 3HOO ½ CUP OF BEANS 96 CAL 16C,OR BROWN RICE 100 CAL 20 C WITH 150 TO 200G OF CHICHEN OF FISH, COTTAGE AND VEGGIES DRINK A GLASSES OF WATER 30 MIN LATER, THEN 2HOUR LATER A SHAKE SAME 115 CAL, AND THEN SOME GREEN WITH SOME PROTEIN ABOUT 200 CAL AND SOMETIMES I GET HUNGRY AROUND 8HOO TO 10HOOPM I'LL HAVE SOMETIMES ½ CUP 45 CAL 6C 3P 0F NON FAT YOGURT WITH ½ALL BRAN AND LETTUCE, OR 5 EGG WHITE OMELETE, TUNA, COTTAGE I TRY TO BE GOOD.calories intake about 5 days 1600 and 2 day 1800 ratio dont have one is there anything im doing wrong, in my diet, cardio, or training please help.
