I used this site for the nutritional plan as well as the exercise program. It has me set at 3100 calories, 504 carbs, 204 protein, and 37g fat... (my goals and current weight are under profile) The protein and fat seem about right, but the calories and carbs seem high. Is this normal?
The calories are always a little high on this site, so don't worry about that. I'm not sure about the carbs though, I haven't heard anything about those being too high.
I'm not sure about the carbs either. In my mind, it just seems like 500 carbs is a lot when you're trying to drop around 15-20 lbs. Eating healthy is new to me, so I'm having a hard enough time hitting 300g of carbs with healthy stuff.
