Hi,
I'm 6'2", 220lbs. I have just started to workout. I was hoping for some advice/comments on my workout routine and diet. My main goal is muscle mass and definition.
DIET
I usually eat 6 small meals a day. Approx. 200g Protein Approx. 285g Carbs Approx. 30g Fat Approx. 2500 Cal
WORKOUT SPLIT (I usually try to get to the gym 4 times a week)
Day 1 - Chest & Triceps (12 sets chest, 6 sets triceps) Day 2 - Back & Biceps (9 sets back, 6 sets biceps) Day 3 - Shoulders & legs (9 sets shoulders, 9 sets legs) Cardio 20min in the morning 3 - 5 times per week and 15-20min post workout.
SUPPLEMENTS
Protein Shakes 3 times daily (with skim milk, this is included in daily protein intake.)
Creatine - 3 teaspoons daily. (1 pre workout, 2 post workout) Any and all comments are welcome.
