Ok so here's my problem......I would really like to stay as close to my diet as possible, however My mom, for some off reason, neglects to paste nutrition facts on the meals that she cooks. Weird huh? And Then facts on this website are pretty slim. So does anyone know of a database, websitem etc. with nutrition facts for a wide variety of foods?

No, i dont. i was being sarcastic. Sorry.:(
What I mean to say is home cooked meals dont have the nutrition facts on the side like packaged meals/ snacks do. And A good many of the meals that my mom cooks arent on this site's database.

Usually, what I do, is look up a simular dish that's from a restaurant in my Complete Book of Food Counts. That at least gives you an idea as to the nutritional value of your Mom's meals.
That's just a thought:)
P.S. You can find The Complete Book of Food Counts in a store like Walmart.
