Does this sound O.K. I'm not looking to put on alot of mass, just trying to get in shape. Also, I eat three tuna sandwhichs a day with whole wheat bread (6 slices total)is that too much bread.
Hi trevor it is a little hard to tell if your amounts are correct without knowing what type of program you are on. Do you do a lot of cardio weights what? The breads seem hi to me I would'nt eat 6 slices in a week, but the totals dont look bad depending on what your doing you may want to increase your protein intake for your weight 1 to 1.5g per lb of body weight and if you are doing much weight training as much as 2g per lb.
