Hi,

I am 6'2" and weight 220lbs.
I usually eat 6 small meals a day.
Approx. 200g Protein
Approx. 285g Carbs
Approx. 30g Fat
Approx. 2500 Cal

Does this sound O.K. I'm not looking to put on alot of mass, just trying to get in shape. Also, I eat three tuna sandwhichs a day with whole wheat bread (6 slices total)is that too much bread.

Hi trevor it is a little hard to tell if your amounts are correct without knowing what type of program you are on. Do you do a lot of cardio weights what? The breads seem hi to me I would'nt eat 6 slices in a week, but the totals dont look bad depending on what your doing you may want to increase your protein intake for your weight 1 to 1.5g per lb of body weight and if you are doing much weight training as much as 2g per lb. Hope that helps
