are the nutrition facts on foods for cook or raw? and if it;s for uncooked does it still contain the same nutritiona; values even if it ways less once cooked?
so on the package i have of ground turkey says 4oz. has 29g. protein and when it's cooked it's 3oz. on my diet i have it as 8 oz. of turkey i've been weighing out 10oz. raw and it comes to 8oz. cooked. i guess i should just weigh it out to 8 oz. raw.
