HI iam a new member and i just set up my fitness plan, but i have no clue how to make a good and efficient nutrition plan. Please if anyone can help and also give addvice on a eating schedule.. keeping in mind that i am a veggetarian. Thankyou
Spend some time reading the posts on this forum, look up vegetarin in fit buddy at the bottom of your screen - there should be quite a few discussions on the topic.
basically, eat 5-6 small meals a day, consisting of lean protein and vegetables and whole grains.
Your big challenge will be getting enough protein, though if you eat eggs and dairy it isn't so hard.
Otherwise, be sure to include a wide variety of legumes and grains.
