I'm about to take an "off-week" soon, and I saw a post where bb1 mentioned that you will grow a lot on your week off...IF your nutrition is right.

That being said, what should my diet look like on off-week? Do I keep the protein shakes going? What are the important things to focus on for off-week nutrition?

Thats for cruises Victoria. LOL Thrawn eat your normal diet. BB1 says if you are totally sluglike you may wanna reduce daily calories by 250 per day or so in the week off. I try to make the reduction mostly in carbs.

Okay. So keep the protein shakes too then?

The post workout whey shake may not be the best choice because of the quick absorption. But if you use a shake or other MRP keep using it. I use cottage cheese instead of the post workout shake but you can use egg, casein, lean meat, fish etc instead. Bottom line is keep up your protein.
