I am a new user of this site and I am not having any success setting up the nutritional tracking program offered here. My goal is to write down what I eat and track the calories, protein, carbs and fat I am consumming daily using the suggested guidelines for weight loss offered on this site. I would appreciate any help or advise on how to use this program. Thus far this website has been a great help in getting me on track with a daily weight training progam!
