I can't find this item anywhere onthe internet. Anyone know how many calories/grams of fat/ etc it might have? They're all about the same size. NOT counting the bacon on the outside...cooked on a foreman. sorry for the silly question

Not a silly question. It is GOOD red meat. I cannot give you the specifac numbers for it, but it is high in protein and very lean. I eat it all the time, BUT leave off the bacon after its cooked or you really don't need it at all.
Load it with garlic.
I would say it is eaqual or better than lean minced beef, as it has less fat.
