I have heard that you lose a lot of protein when you cook chicken breasts. Not that you would eat it raw, but Tyson says that you get about 20+ grams of protein per breast, but I heard that you only get about 10 grams because cooking the chicken kills some of the protein value. Is this true? Also, is a canned vegetable good for you vs. a fresh vegetable. I know that fresh is better, but is canned an ok substitute?:)
Mike Tyson? lol... im not too sure on the chicken BUT Canned veggies are ok sometimes... the fresh ones taste better, have more nutreints, and havent been sitting there for god knows how long
-------------- ~If A equals success, then the formula is: A = X + Y + Z, X is work. Y is play. Z is keep your mouth shut.
I would suggest that both of you do a little research. Look at a can of spinach, frozen spinach and fresh to see which is "better" fo you. Just a suggestions guys!
