OK. So I found this great flat bread in the store that says it is only 90 calories with 2.5g of fat, 17g, of carbs (9 g of fiber), and 9 g of protein. However, that doesn't add up. 2.5 * 9 + 17*4 + 9*4 =119 calories not 90. It appears they don't count the fiber grams in the calorie counts.
Is this what a normal person should do when counting calories? I wouldn't think so, but anymore it seems like we get so much information that overload occurs.
