This might be a dumb question but I am new to ft and I was looking up nutritional info and in some of the columns it says tr instead of a number what does that mean I am trying to make sure that I stay within my goals for protein, carbs and fat grams but wont be able to just for an example one orange says it has 64 calories one gram protein sixteen grams of carbohydrates and tr fat grams. I am supposed to start my diet on monday so if anyone can help before that I would appreciate it Thank You
