Urru, well your nutrition program is going to look different than everyone else's nutrition plan, so it would be hard come up with an example diet unless we know specifically how many calories, fats, etc, you are supposed to consume. What I did was, put all of the foods that I eat regularly in an Excel spreadsheet along with the calories, fats, carbs, and proteins contained in them, then I had another sheet where I would put my goals and space for the foods I actually ate in a day, then I could easily see where I was coming up short and I could make my own meal plans days in advance.

Write down everything you put in your mouth, and I mean everything for 2 weeks on your normal daily intakes. This will give you a place to start from. You will have your manintenance guidline there. You will then have to decide, am I gaining from this, or am I losing, and what is it I want to do? Then you will have a place to either add or subtract calories from, or even better, you will most likely see how much of the "wrong" food calories you are consuming. This would be the first place to change. It may sound like alot to do, and trivial, but, let me tell you from experience(very hard-headed), that guesswork does not work. I think you will be amazed at what you see. Start substituting lean proteins and quality carbs for some of the empty calories. It is not easy, but the only real way to go. Best of luck....
