Hi all
I've been hearing lots about the popular Oatmeal + Eggs meal as an easy protein fix. Sounds good, god knows I need more easy, useful meals.
The problem is, I'm allergic to eggs.
So 1) is there something I can sub in for eggs?
2) what other easy meals are there?

A 5 oz. Chicken breast can be close to a sub for about 5 eggs, or a cup of cottage cheese.

You could just put some whey in your oatmeal . . . it sure makes the stuff more palatable.
