Oats and Oatmeal are good, got that part down. My issue is that I don't really like the soggy oatmeal. I can usually eat about 2 servings or so a day if I eat them dry. I just take my oatmeal container and a spoon and a big glass of milk.

I usually eat about 8-12 spoonfulls depending on what else I have eaten for breakfast that day. I eat 2 slices of WW toast about 630, do the oats thing around 9 or 10, then lunch around noon.

Any problems with this? I wouldn't think there would be many advantages to eating soggy oatmeal besides some liking it more.

It also tends to not fill me up as much.

My 1st meal of the deal is always Oats blended into a shake.

1 Cup of Oats
1 Cup of Milk
2 Raw Egg Whites
1/2 Scoop Whey Powder

For flavor you can add either 2 oz of Berries (Blueberry is my favorite) or 2 oz of Peaches or 1 tsp of Cinnamon and 1 TBSP of Peanut Butter. I also add 1 packet of aspartame to the shakes.

My 1st meal is always the most calorie dense and easiest for me to handle blended, the rest of my meals are all in solid forum.
