Hey All,
Ive seen loads of posts reccomending eggs and oats in the morning, but what type of oats do people eat? Do you mean stuff like readybreak, or are there some healthy natural oats or something...any particular brands?

Also would having sugar on the oats be ok if taken with creatine, to give that insulin spike to increase the speed which creatine gets to the muscles?

Cheers,
Jez.

The sugar on your oats will not help creatine get to your muscles very much. If you want to do that, take your creatine with grape juice.

100% oats, the long cooking time (5 minutes), not quick oats.
