I am 25,5'11,and 330lbs. I need some help with what to eat in the mornings,snacks,lunch,and dinner. The problem is that my digestive system is very slow because I don't have enough stomach acid to break my foods and so my metabolism is also slow. So you see I have problems but I can do it I believe with the help of you all and God!! Please reply and help!!:(:big_smile:
have u filled in the questions to get nutrition help and an exercise plan? u should, it tells u exactly what u need to do exercise and food wise.
im new too so if u need any support, all the luck in the world duck.
