I used the calculator on here and it told me I need 314 carbs, 26 fats, 140-157 proteins, and 2000 calories. I searched the FAQ area last night and found a calculation to figure the percentages out and I came up with 141 proteins, 44 fats, 123 carbs and 1584-1784 calories 40%(P) 25%(F) 35%(C) I am trying to build muscle and lose body fat, preferrably lose the body fat faster (first), or while building. I am 31 Female, I meet with a trainer twice a week, and do cardio about 3-4 times a week for 60 minutes.

Yeah, at 157 lb. bodyweight, I would say 12 calories per would be a good starting place. I like your macros also, dam near isocaloric. Good place to begin.

I am now getting really frustrated with my calories, I need to get in around 1830 a day and I can get all my ratios correct but my calories are never that high, here is a typical day:
132c
44f
141p
1200-1600calories
I just started adding skim milk as my trainer said that might be why I haven't had any results lately, that and not enough calories. If I add more all my ratios go up, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Add evenly to each. Each gram of protein and carbs is 4 calories, and fats 9.

By "the calculator in here" you mean you used the one that FT provides you or did you use the BMR AND NUTRITIONAL CALCULATOR that i posted?

Just curious to know if i made this world a better place. :)

The FT calculator, then I found a manual way to calculate it all, which was way more accurate.I think I have it all figured out now that I had my resting caloric rate tested. I know how many I should consume to lose weight.
