How important is it to take your supplements on your off days. I take my protien, vitamins, and glutamine every day, but what about the other supplements like creatine that have their best effects on work out days? Do they just tell you to take them on off days so that you have to buy more, kind of like the loading phase, or do they actually benefit you to take them on days that you don't lift?

I always take my creatines on off days also.
