I have spent hours looking for a complete conditioning program focused towards football for the summer. I don't want weight lifting routines, but instead conditioning routines that include footwork drills, sprints etc. I just got surgery on my shoulder so i cannot lift weights for a while. Anyways, i am 6 ft tall, 190lbs, played safety and wide reciever in High school. If you guys know of any such complete routines that takes you week by week, I would appreciate it.
