I joined this program with the expectations of losing 40 pounds. I'am currently 176lb and 5'5 1/2 inches tall. At one point I ran everyday and ate veggies and fish for 6 yrs., And that became boring. I am on my third week @ this and I weighed myself today and haven't lost a pound. Because I know how losing weight works I'm not frustrated at all. It will kick in soon enough. Most of my weight is around the mid section, my waist line is 34 I am going to see 30 possibly 28 again. I don't have a gym membership, most of my workout is done @ home, which can be very intense. The push up and those damn twist crunches are a monster, but I am staying on the program. June of 2008 I will be in my tight tee's.
And I'm back to running 3 to 4 times a week only 1 mile and a half.
