well ok
is there an alternative to the flat bench press
i am doing hte incline
not comfortable with the flat bench

and should i drink lots of water after and pre-work out

I wouldn't drink an excess amount of water pre-workout. It may make you feel bloated. You should drink water though while you workout and afterwards. You should drink throughout the day though, not just when you workout.

Instead of flat bench you could always do flat bench with dumbbells until you are comfortable enough to do barbell, or you could start with the machine chest press. Pushups are also a way to start.

i drank alot during but i know you can cramp up thats is why i was wondering

i ddid some research last nite and my gym has an alternative machine press
