Ok is this normal?

Ok i was previously 175 at 5'9-5'10 when i was in my cardio streak during the summer...now i went into pure weight training mode limiting my cardio from 4 days to 2 days a week...and now im gaining weight. Im about 183 now, but see no real ugly fat...i just see muscle..so am i putting on muscle mass or am i bulking up the bad way?

BBL fit! HELP ME lol

ps. i dont eat JUNK ever! the only thing im guilty of abusing is cereal with 1% milk and its not like choco super chocolate fat puffs or anything...its the oatmeal crisp apple brwn sugar...hardly any fat per bowl...

Sounds like you're gaining lean mass! You can double-check by measuring your bodyfat (you can use calipers). Don't go by scale weight...that is deceiving.

Sounds like muscle mass to me as well, looks like your diet is pretty sound from what you shown.

You were probably doing too much cardio for your body to put on lean mass during the summer and now it can use your intake to build muscle. Congratulations!

From the sound of your post, asimmer summed it up nicely. Great job, keep an eye on the mirror, not your scale. As long as you like what you see, you are proceeding good. Again, congrats to you.

Thanks a lot guys for the clarification. I was getting concerned that maybe since i was not running as much, that my body would go back to its endomorph ways and god knows i worked way too damn hard to get myself the way i am now.

I just wanted to get the expert opinion on this before i start alterating my regimen.

And damn i wanna start looking like u guys! maybe not u asimmer...that would require surgery and i don't want boobs. i had them for about 16 years...:p
