I have been coming to this site for more than a year so I am no "newbie". I am 34, fairly active, been lifting off and on for years. I am 5'6", 168lbs. I want to be 150, want to look like Ernie Reyes Jr., the guy from the movie "The Rundown". I need a program that I can stick to, a realistic nutrition plan, and whatever supplements I should have. I am so desperate that I am considering some growth hormone maybe even steroids! I know that is not the way to go, but I am one who has lost his way and need some encouragement. I have used the programs on this site and they are great but they don't allow me to take it to the next level. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Signed,
-Desperate to find myself.

Relax...there now don't that feel better,
NOW WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T START TAKING STEROIDS, MESS YOU UP MAN!
I you get a strict diet and exercise routine in place you'll see the benefits w/o the side effects. Take time out and do it right, a good diet and routine is the way to go, as I remember someone saying once...supplements do just that, they supplement.
Key point is DON'T TAKE STEROIDS, MESS YOU UP MAN!
-------------- Seize the day!

Thanks for the info. Mojo. I am not going to use Steroids unless I have to. I am 34 and kind of old for that, but I need to find something that will give me results! I am not scared of hard work, but at 5'6", sometimes it seems not enough! But thanks for the advice and have a great day!!!
