Yes, very good for you, loaded with digestive enzymes, but also very high on the glycemic scale. I would have this early in the day, prefferably first thing in the morning. You are very insulin sensitive at that time anyway, especially if youu are strength training. That is as far as I can go without more info. Please fill in your profile so we can help you more.
