I have been back into weights 5 days a week for almost a month now. Reading on creatine it sounds like it has a lot of good benefits and the cons seem really like nothing. If its done in "moderation" After doing weights seriously for 1month would i benefit from starting to take it now? ... would it have any drawbacks? and if someone could clear up the liver thing that would be great. my brother told me his Dr. told him it could do liver damage.
