Do you do 3 sets of 15 reps all at once? This exercise plan which I start tomorrow, do I do the workout all at once or 3 times a day?

You do it all at once. Do 15 reps, rest for a minute, do another set, rest, and then do the final set. Then move on to the next exercise.
