1)I need to know once and for all. When I do a cardio workout how long shld I wait for to eat or does it matter (My goal is to get lean from 16% to 12%?)
2)Can I do weight training 1 day and on the next day cardio...or wot bout on the same day? Which is the way I will gain muscles and get lean aswell.....(Whats the best way)
3)How many times a day should i do cardio? ( For cardio I do alot of boxing, and sum swimming)
4)How can I associate HIIT with boxing?
