Hello, I am a 41 yr old man that was a former mixed martial arts competitor. I am trying to get a body that I never had, and see if there are a couple more fights left in me.

I too hope to achieve a better body than what I had 10 yrs ago.
Started working out in may this year and I've gone from 150lb to 170lb...began with a mass building, progressed to strength training and will soon focus on cardio and progressive gains...Started back taking JUDO( with kids at university club,they think I'm either 4th year or a graduate student...lol )...
I'm hoping to trim down to 160 by christmas....
I only weight train twice a week
mon-chest/shoulder/tri
Thur - leg,back,bicep
Wed night is judo
I may feel young at heart..but my bodty needs the week of rest before I can re-train the same body part....lol
eventually I'll use tuesday for cardio.
