I am 45 years old and would like to lose 70 lbs (I am in weight watchers). I also want to get fit and healthy. Currently I go to the YMCA on my lunch hour and work out. I do 25 minutes on the eliptical machine then I work on the machines doing either lower body & abs or upper body & abs. I have just started so I'm doing 2 sets of twelve on low settings. I would like to do maybe a 20 minute workout at home daily and take some swimming classes a couple of nights a week.
