So I did days 1 and 2 of my weight program and although I haven't lifted in several years, I knew there would be some soreness involved. That being said, my right arm is stiff as heck and REALLY hard to straighten all the way out. Anyone experience this before? Today is a rest day but tomorrow is chest and quads and if my arm still feels this bad I don't know how I'm gonna do chest exercises!! Any advice is greatly appreciated!
