i just started work in a big law firm and needless to say, i dont have time now to go to the bathroom :)
however my day off is saturday so i'm thinking i should keep working out once a week(used to be 4-5 times a week) so i dont lose the muscle or put on weight and try my best with the diet.
how does that sound ? anything you guys think i should do ?
any advice would be great

I guess once is better than none, but more would definitely be better. You mentioned that you worked at a big law firm -does the company have a gym or anything like that? Or do you have access to one close by? Perhaps you could workout during lunch hour? I would aim for 2(ok) or 3(much better) times a week. Good luck to you!

in order to keep what you got you should at least workout 2 to 3 times a week on an average. maintaining is harder than actual losing and you don't want to lose what progresses you've made so far. try to take at least that three hours out of the week for yourself you need that for your health as well as an active mind for work. other things you can do to keep yourself active, use stairs instead of elevators, if you go eat lunch somewhere that is walking distance, walk instead of drive.. not sure what area you are in so i don't know if these apply but there are a few things you can do and needless to say, if you want to stay where you are at you will have to make sacrifices in order to do so. good luck!

Well as Amazon said, once a week is better than nothing......
That's what most part of the French people do; doing some kind of exercise during the weekend. That's good but then again you need to be a lot more careful of not getting injured. Take time for a nice warm up and don't increase your weights.
