Just wondering your guys take on taking those one-a-day pills, I have not seen any discussion here about them, I'd be taking them along with creatine and protein powders.

My husband takes them....say's he feels "off" when he doesn't take them

I've taken them in the past, but haven't really noticed any difference from my regular, cheaper mutivitamin. I tend to think that a good diet with a multi as "insurance" works well enough that you might not need the specialized type.

Yeah, its ok(MAYBE add some extra c and natural e together)multis usually lack high amounts of these two nutrients
