Whats your take on this vitamin?
I have been using it for almost 1 year but I was wondering if there might be better out there?
I'm 37 years old and my wake up after piss weight this morning is 184 pound and I'm 5 feet 11.5 inches tall barefoot!
I started back on heavy fitness last August and weighed 240 so I know I'm on great trake with fitness and diet but I have always wondered if there was a better vitamin or is what I take already fine enough to stick with?

Multi vitamins are all pretty much the same. I would suggest however some extra B complex and some extra Vit. C, also E at 400 IU would not hurt. Spread these out throughout the day.

Well I went with Mega Mens and now it's time for a re-up so I'm going to change it up and go this route. Sublingual B-Complex, Extra C and GNC Ultra Mega® Gold without iron Multivitamin maybe more E too, Mega Mens lacks in Vitamins I want because of the Mens added fillers.

I swear by Animal Pak by Universal. I order it online and it's cheaper than the GNC store brand stuff. It's the only multi I've ever used where you can feel a difference before and after take them.
