For me in particular how do you train yourself to be able to do one arm chin-ups? Me i can't even do one, if i can't do one, is there any way at all you can train yourself to be able to do one arm chin-ups? Should i try and hang on the bar for as long as i can, that might improve my grip strength, but would that be enough to be able to do atleast 1 OAC? Please Comment.

I say do them only if u can do 1rm with atleast 50% of ur bw strapped to you for chin/pull....
mostly u should focus on low rep sets with extra weight strapped to u....
you may want to try Frenchies....and negatives+static holds with oac/oap
