I've been trying ouy the programs on this site and I'm on my 2nd week so far. For ony of my back workouts it says to do some One Arm Dumbell Rows only I really do not like doing these. I'm a thin guy but failry strong. Still, I feel ?intimidated? when doing this in the gym.
Anyone have an alternative to replace this? Would the T-Bar Machine Row be good?

That would work. Although I must say, you'll need to incorporate dumbbell work in any workout (at some point) as you have a greater range of motion, as well as isolation. However, for pure mass, barbell rows, deadlifts and pullups will really help.

Are you talking about a bent over DB row? I love these. But sometimes I substitute a seated cable row if the DB arent available. You can do a one or two armed seated row. You can also do a standing DB row at a cable machine. There is always an alternative if you thnk about it.

or you could do incline db rows, where you use an incline bench and lay your chest on the bench and do your rows there
