I've been weight training for a little over a month now and I have noticed that my left arm is weaker than my right. Without measuring it also seems a little less defined as my other arm. I fail sooner on my left arm also. What do I do to get them evened out?

RW is right. Keep pounding the heavy weights, like heavy curls with a curling bar rather than isolation stuff(one armed). With those, you still have a tendency to stop when exhausted, but with more compound exercises, you are forced to use both arms, and sometimes your weak arm will actually start overcompensating for its weakness, and actually get stronger than the other arm.
